My name is William Mertins and I have been practicing law in Northwest Arkansas for more than twenty years. I help individuals and businesses with problems -- recognizing, avoiding, and solving them. I work with clients on a wide variety of cases and projects spanning multiple areas of law, business, taxation, and litigation. I believe the diversity of my law practice and experience gives me a unique "big picture" perspective and the ability to help you reach your objectives and long-term goals.
I am also the co-owner of a small consulting firm that provides strategic advice and contrat staffing to Walmart suppliers - for issues from packaging to replenishment, and everything in between.
My wife and I live in Fayetteville and stay busy raising our children, ages 8 through 15. In my spare time, I work on sustainability and education projects in rural Africa, coach high school mountain biking, and volunteer with the Ozark Sustainable Trail Alliance on local trail construction and advocacy projects.
